1.2. Medication Management. Sound and energy healing can improve the functionality of your organs, which may impact how your body responds to medication. If you have diabetes or blood pressure issues, do not adjust or discontinue any prescribed medications based on your sound healing practice. Any changes to your medication must be overseen and approved by your medical doctor.

1.3. Specific Health Precautions. While sound healing facilitates a safe space for relaxation and recharge, specific precautions are required for the following conditions:

License for Use: Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the files for your own growth and healing. If a refund is processed, this license is considered revoked. You may not resell, redistribute, or use these tracks for commercial purposes at any time, regardless of refund status.

3. The "Tribe" Community & Membership

By joining our Community (The Tribe), you agree to the following:

• Subscription and Fees: Membership in The Tribe is a recurring subscription at a rate of $7 USD per month. This fee is billed automatically every 30 days until you choose to cancel.
• 30-Day Refund Option: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members. If you feel the community is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund of your initial payment within 30 days of joining.
• Respect the Frequency: This is a space for healing and growth. Harassment, hate speech, or derogatory comments will result in an immediate ban without a refund.
• No Medical Advice: Sound healing is a complementary practice. Members must not offer or seek medical diagnoses within the group. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
• Privacy of the Tribe: What is shared in the Tribe stays in the Tribe. Do not share other members' stories or personal details outside of this community.
• No Unauthorized Promotion: Please do not spam the group with outside links or self-promotion unless specifically invited to do so in designated threads.

4. Music Production & Studio Services

The following terms apply to all custom music production, mixing, and mastering projects.

4.1 Revisions and Structural Changes

• Accommodating Adjustments: Minor adjustments to mixes and arrangements are included to ensure client satisfaction.
• Major Revisions: Significant structural changes requested after recording has commenced—such as key changes after live guitars are tracked or vocal re-recordings—will incur additional costs.
• Style & Genre Shifts: If a specific genre or style is agreed upon during pre-production, any request to pivot to a different style after production has begun will be billed as a new project (up to 100% of the original fee), depending on the extent of the rework required.

4.2 Technical Specifications

• Pre-Production Finalization: The key and BPM (tempo) must be finalized before the production date. Any changes to these parameters after production has started will incur an additional fee.
• Song Length Tiers: Base rates apply to songs up to 5:00 minutes. Longer works are billed as follows:
  • 6 Minutes: Base x 1.25
  • 7 Minutes: Base x 1.50
  • 9+ Minutes (or Medleys): Base x 1.75
  • 10+ Minutes (or Medleys): Base x 2.00
• Medleys: Due to the complexity of transitions, medleys are quoted individually based on the number of songs and total duration.

4.3 Vocal Production

• Standard Tracking: Mixing for 2–4 backing vocal tracks is included. Doubling a lead vocal counts as a backing track.
• Advanced Vocal Editing: Creating "choir effects" or editing 5+ backing vocal tracks will incur an additional fee.
• Supply of Vocals: While we provide mixing services, the cost of hiring session vocalists is not included in the base mixing fee. Please refer to our Services Page for current session vocalist rates.

4.4 Specialized Genres

Due to the complexity of arrangement and orchestration, projects in the Jazz, Big Band, Ragtime, and certain Classical genres carry a premium surcharge.

4.5 Scheduling and Deadlines

• Submission of Assets: Sample arrangements and instructions must be submitted before the project start date.
• Delays: Late submission of assets may result in your project being moved to the next available slot to honor the deadlines of other booked clients.

5. General Website Terms
